Vacant, neglected and tired houses have a potential upside for us. Our profit margin comes from putting the shine back on them. We love changing a house that is an eyesore to the neighborhood to one that a makes a new homeowner proud to call home. It’s how we make a living.

You get paid to provide us leads.
We are looking for observant people who can stay motivated day-in and day-out to evaluate houses, compile addresses and send those addresses to us. This doesn’t take long but it takes perseverance and a certain kind of knack for seeing those “potential houses” that we are looking for. Once we receive the addresses, we take it from there.

How much can you earn?
